Product Management and the Venn

What is Product Management? Usually the first thing which pops up is the Venn diagram by Martin Eriksson, explained and introduced on Mind the product.

I never felt happy with it for various reasons, especially for the missing user and also the organizational part many PMs have to deal with. Scaling a product often equals scaling the organization also.
